One private link per recipient organization — no accounts, no sign-up wall. Their whole team uses the same link; you always know which firm is reading.

Every page view and download, grouped per recipient, in your own PostHog. Ask Claude “who read the financials this week?” and get an answer.

Revoke.

Deal died? One command kills the link — and the CLI probes the live URL until it sees a 403 before it ever says “revoked.” No silent failures.
